Early exercises:
🎯Isometrics using the opposite foot
🎯Banded supination
🎯Heel raises pressing a ball between the heel
Progressions:
🎯Calf raise with 1st toe off the edge of a step
🎯Pulses with 1st toe off the edge of a step
Plyometrics:
🎯Hop & stick medial
🎯Hopping with a band pulling medially
